"Spontaneous Coaching" - Workshop for managers on skills needed for coaching employees

The process enables the creation of a long term solution by providing tools for future independent use in dealing with various problematic situations. The model is practical and feasible and enables on one hand, an exposure to deep personal significance of achievements, related to personal values (the East), while referring to paradigms and positions (the South ), which might postpone the obtaining of results and goals defined in the North, and on the other hand, in the West, one builds an execution capability leading the manager towards his goals which create tangible results.

 

Goals of the training:

- To develop the way of thinking amongst managers to supports coaching.

- To instill the model and basic coaching skills for the managers

- To train managers in various coaching techniques.

 

Questionnaire for the workshop:

Creation of a questionnaire of 3 questions in every direction, by means of which the participants will be able to characterize the type of problems the worker faces and decide which tools to use in order to assist the employee in overcoming problems.

 

The way of instruction:

Training at the workshop is being done in a fully interactive nammer.It is based on case studies which will be built by the trainer in cooperation with representatives of the organization.
